James A. Pavlik

James A. Pavlik is a Managing Director and Client Advisor at Avalon Advisors. Prior to joining Avalon, James was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Dallas where he advised corporations on a wide array of issues ranging from organizational redesign to prioritization of investment opportunities. From 1995 through 2002, he lived in Houston and was an advisor in finance and accounting, including positions of Vice President at Schnitzius & Vaughan, a boutique M&A investment bank, and Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He previously served on the Board of the Wharton Club of Houston. He currently serves on the Boards of the Center Foundation and the St. Francis Sports Association, and is a Board Committee member at Royal Oaks Country Club.
